2 x Taylor Ferguson Chardonnay

Showing a limpid pale straw colour, this fine barrel-fermented chardonnay shows subtle oak spice and vanillin with buttery tones and characters, as well as floral esters and hints of key lime. The palate shows soft acids with clear lemon-lime citrus. The finish is medium length and leaves subtle oak and citrus flavours in the mouth. Try with poached Quail or Duck.
